A glass octagon with beveled edges is complemented by a solid brushed silver finished metal octagon base with polished sides. The white dial offers modern bar style hour markers as well as Roman numerals at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 positions, black hour and minute hands with luminous inserts, a quiet sweep seconds hand also in black, and silver alarm hand behind a glass crystal - all surrounded by a polished, silver tone bezel. Quartz, battery operated, alarm movement includes one AA sized battery.
